Aramark Facilities Management is hiring a Painter I in Parma, OH to support facility maintenance and improvement projects. You will prepare surfaces and apply paint, coatings, stains, and finishes to walls, ceilings, equipment, and other assets.

Most work is on the first shift, with occasional alternate shifts for high-traffic areas or special projects. This hands-on position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Qualificações

• Experience in commercial/industrial/residential painting or related field.
• Knowledge of painting methods, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Able to work first shift with some flexibility for alternate shifts.
• Safe use of ladders, scaffolding, paint sprayers, rollers, brushes and hand tools.
• Ability to lift and move materials and perform standing, walking, bending and climbing.
• Comply with safety procedures and wear PPE.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, patching and repairing minor damage.
• Apply paints, stains, coatings, varnishes, and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
• Perform drywall patching, repairs, texturing and touch-up work as needed.
• Match colors and finishes to maintain a professional facility appearance.
• Use brushes, rollers, sprayers, ladders and scaffolding safely and effectively.
• Protect surrounding surfaces and maintain clean work areas during projects.
• Follow safety procedures for handling paints, solvents and related materials.
