Qualifications

• Experience operating an HVLP spray gun in an industrial environment.
• Experience with paint preparation: sanding, buffing, grinding, cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Apply high-quality coatings and finishes to machinery and components using HVLP spray guns.
• Prepare metal surfaces for painting through sanding, buffing, grinding, cleaning, and finishing.
• Paint industrial equipment in a high-volume environment while meeting production goals.
• Follow paint specifications, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Safely move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as required.
• Work from heights to reach larger machinery and elevated equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep projects on schedule and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work area.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly throughout the shift
• Comfortable bending, kneeling, stooping, reaching, and performing physical work
• Comfortable working from heights when required
• Reliable attendance and a strong commitment to safety
• Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to help wherever needed

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
