You will prepare parts, apply masking, assist with wet paint and powder coating, and help keep the work area safe and organized in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clean metal parts before painting.
• Apply masking and tape as needed.
• Hang, move, and organize parts for production.
• Assist painters with wet paint and powder coating.
• Clean paint guns and other equipment.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas.
• Help with material handling and production tasks.
• Follow production schedules and instructions.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
