• Experience coordinating painting and surface prep on industrial sites.

Responsabilités

• Supervise skilled and unskilled painter crews on site.
• Plan daily/weekly work plans to meet schedule and budget.
• Enforce safety policies and conduct toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with inspectors, vendors, and subcontractors as needed.
• Maintain daily field reports and monitor productivity and costs.
