Job summary

Sea Box, Inc. is seeking an industrial Painter at our Cinnaminson, NJ headquarters to prepare surfaces, apply primers and finish coats, and maintain vehicles and structures.

The role requires knowledge of paint equipment and varied paint systems, with readiness to work in full PPE including a paint suit and mask. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of industrial painting experience, and may supervise other staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2-5 years of painting experience in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address safety hazards to prevent accidents.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and apply primer/finish coats.
• Operate paint equipment and maintain tools.
• Stencils lettering and other identifying information on vehicles per specs.
• Select paints according to color schemes and specifications.
