Nestlé USA is hiring for an Industrial Painter / Facility Maintenance role in Little Chute, WI. This position focuses on painting, maintenance, wiring, and troubleshooting to keep the plant safe and efficient. It includes a retention bonus and comprehensive benefits.

The role offers first-shift hours (4:50 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) on a 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule, with a $30.94 hourly wage, overtime, and quarterly bonus potential. A strong safety mindset and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Industrial Painter / Facility Maintenance - $3,000 Retention Bonus

Join Nestlé’s Little Chute team and use your painting, maintenance, wiring, and troubleshooting skills to keep the facility safe and running efficiently.

Pay, Schedule & Benefits

• Pay: $30.94 per hour, plus overtime and quarterly bonus potential
• Schedule: First shift, 4:50 a.m.–5:00 p.m., 12-hour 2-2-3 schedule
• Benefits: Coverage after 30 days, 401(k), discounts, and education assistance

Retention bonus: $1,500 after four months and $1,500 after eight months.

What You’ll Do
