Job summary

Deshazo, a leader in overhead bridge crane design and manufacturing, is seeking an Industrial Painter. You will paint and finish metal parts, prep surfaces, and ensure quality coatings across blueprinted specifications.

We value experience with airless sprayers and epoxy paints; candidates should be able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds as part of a robust manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with epoxy paint is a plus.
• Epoxy & zinc coatings are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Paint and apply finishing coats per blueprints or specs.
• Set up and maintain work areas and operate painting equipment safely.
• Ensure components are produced/coated to quality standards and on time.
• Load and unload parts onto fixtures.
• Maintain clean work areas and inventory of tools/equipment.
• Inspect paint jobs and adjust colors or fix defects.
