• Experience across multiple crafts involved in painting.
• Proficient in spraying to maintain even milage.
• Knowledge of epoxy, urethanes, polyesters, vinylesters.
• Hazardous waste management knowledge.
• Proficiency in safety aspects of the craft and QA/QC requirements.

Responsibilities

• Applies coatings to structures, tanks, piping, and surfaces per specs.
• Assembles, maintains, repairs, and cleans painting equipment.
• Mixes and thins coatings per manufacturer recommendations.
• Constructs protective enclosures to avoid overspray.
• Assists in loading, unloading, and storage of equipment and supplies.
• Maintains safety at all times and corrects unsafe conditions.
• Performs onsite QA/QC paperwork and evaluations.
