Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial painting experience.
• Knowledge of high-performance coatings: epoxies, polyurethanes, vinyl esters, novolacs, and zinc-rich primers.
• Ability to operate and maintain painting equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to safety and project specifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply epoxies, polyurethanes, and zinc-rich primers with proper surface prep.
• Operate heavy spray rigs and paint equipment.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and ventilation protocols.
• Clean and strip rust or old coatings via blasting or washing.
• Work at heights on scaffolding and rigging.
• Mix multi-part coatings with exact pot life and thinning ratios.
• Dispose of hazardous debris per regulations.
• Operate Manlift, Scissor Lift, and Forklift.
• Follow plant safety and environmental programs.
• Adhere to ITAR-related access restrictions.
