Forms+Surfaces in Glenshaw, PA is seeking a dedicated Painter to join our Pittsburgh manufacturing team. You will prepare surfaces, apply anti-rust coatings and wet paint, and maximize booth efficiency while maintaining color consistency.

This full-time role offers Sunday-Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday shifts from 3pm to 1:30am, a strong safety culture, and opportunities for career growth through our CareerTrak program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Diligence and attention to detail.
• Excellent dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Good organizational skills.
• Good verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning surfaces prior to applying paint.
• Coat using anti-rust coatings and wet paint.
• Maximize space in the paint booth to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain equipment by following established SOPs.
• Request wear items and consumables as needed.
• Ability to mix paint formulas and color matching is a plus.
• Ensure high safety and quality standards are met.
