Job summary

ht h companies seeks a Painting and Coating Laborer to apply paints and coatings to various surfaces, mostly outdoors in industrial construction settings. You will assist with cleaning, site prep, and inventory, while promoting safety and PPE compliance on site.

Applicants should have at least five years of industrial painting experience, be able to work outdoors in all weather, and follow safety protocols. OSHA 10 certification is required within 60 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Five years of industrial painting and coatings experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Apply paint varnishes and coatings to materials, surfaces, and pipes.
• Assist in industrial cleaning, job site cleanup and preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, shovel.
• Organize inventory and equipment.
• Promote safe workplace through training and PPE compliance.
• Care for company equipment.
• Support positive safety culture.
• Perform other duties as required.
