Job summary

hth companies is seeking a Coating Laborer to apply coatings to a variety of materials, surfaces, and pipes in outdoor industrial construction settings. You will support cleanup and prep work, and operate hand tools, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.

Candidates should have at least five years of industrial painting experience, strong organizational skills, and good time management. You will work outdoors in all weather and follow safety procedures while supporting the site team.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in industrial painting and coatings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of safety principles, practices, and procedures.
• Excellent time management with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well in high-paced, occasionally stressful environments.

Responsibilities

• Apply coatings to materials, surfaces, and pipes.
• Assist in industrial cleaning and site cleanup/preparation.
• Load/unload, clean, shovel tasks.
• Organize inventory and equipment.
• Promote safety and wear PPE; observe for hazards.
• Maintain and care for company equipment.
• Foster a positive safety culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
