Senior Flexonics Pathway in the United States (Texas) is seeking an Industrial Painter/Blaster to maintain and operate painting and blasting equipment, ensuring readiness of technical gear and meeting customer delivery needs safely and efficiently.

The role involves reviewing schedules, organizing the paint booth and blast area, and applying painting techniques while interpreting drawings and coordinating with the Manufacturing Manager. Join a team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; formal training in industrial painting preferred.
• Specialized knowledge of industrial painting techniques and tools, including inorganic zinc-based paints, water-based zinc paints and epoxy.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Organizational and communication skills; ability to work with internal and external customers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and follow work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Review schedule and prioritize daily work to paint and blast to meet customer delivery requirements; ensure safety standards are maintained.
• Review inventory against anticipated workload; prepare requisitions for re-stocking and submit to Manufacturing Manager.
• Design and implement work methods and procedures to increase productivity and improve service.
• Organize and maintain paint booth and blast area; safely dispose of all waste generated during processes.
• Read drawings and follow work instructions; assist Logistics Department as needed.
