Qualifications

• Industrial painting experience required.
• Experience with spray guns and painting equipment.
• Knowledge of proper surface preparation techniques.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and coating specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
• Ability to inspect finished work for proper coverage and defects.
• Commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal and equipment surfaces for painting.
• Mask areas to receive coating and protect non-target surfaces.
• Mix paints and coatings according to specifications.
• Prepare spray equipment for production and operate spray guns.
• Apply primers, paints, coatings, and finishes with consistent coverage.
• Inspect completed products for quality and appearance; perform touch-ups as needed.
• Maintain and clean painting equipment and work areas; follow safety procedures.
