Job summary

Wedlake is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our Tulsa manufacturing team on the 2nd shift. You will prepare metal surfaces, mix and apply paints, operate spray equipment, and inspect finished work to ensure quality and adherence to production schedules.

We offer a full-time role with a $1,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for overtime based on production needs. Applicants should have 3–5 years of industrial painting experience and pass standard

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial painting experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, heavy industrial or similar production environments preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and finish quality.
• Ability to pass a respirator fit test and pulmonary evaluation.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal surfaces through grinding, sanding, masking, and cleaning.
• Mix and apply paints and coatings to specifications and production requirements.
• Operate spray equipment for smooth, consistent finishes.
• Inspect finished work for quality and correct defects as needed.
• Operate and maintain painting equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures, including respirator and PPE requirements.
• Work closely with production, fabrication, and quality teams to meet customer expectations and production schedules.
