Job summary

Wastequip is hiring an Industrial Painter at our Eagleville, TN facility. The role covers spray painting of machines and components using an airless finishing system in a fast-paced production line.

You will prepare surfaces, mix coatings, adjust spray settings, and ensure quality finishes. This full-time position offers health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.

2nd shift hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM with a $2 shift differential for eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Experience using an Airless Paint Finishing System.
• Experience painting metal surfaces or machinery.
• Experience with paint, enamel, lacquer or similar coatings.

Responsibilities

• Clean grease and dirt from product.
• Mask areas not to be coated.
• Apply coatings and adjust spray for coverage.
• Operate spray equipment and brushes.
• Maintain and clean spray equipment.
