Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is hiring for an entry-level paint shop role in Malvern, AR. No prior experience is required, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus is offered. The position involves painting metal parts and maintaining booth safety and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret shop orders for paint color and options.
• Apply paints using airless/conventional spray equipment on metal surfaces.
• Keep paint booth area and equipment clean and safe.
• Move products via monorail in and out of the paint booth.
• Operate hoists, cranes, and lift tables as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for painting and comply with environmental policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of information and uphold company reputation.
