Job summary

McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. in Riceville, IA is seeking welders/paint specialists to prime, paint, and touch up vehicles using spray equipment. You will sand, wash, and condition parts, ensuring quality and compliance with component standards.

Starting pay ranges from $20.00 to $28.34 per hour depending on experience. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, tuition reimbursement up to $10,000 per year, and a company bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Able to proficiently paint in a single assigned area.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Six months of industrial painting experience

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or GED
• Automotive paint experience
• Willingness to train in multiple areas to obtain a Painter ll level
