McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing Inc. is hiring Industrial Painters for our Riceville, IA production facility. You will wash, clean, and prepare vehicles for painting, remove components as needed, mask as required, operate sanding and lifting gear, and perform minor bodywork through the paint process.

Safety compliance and teamwork are essential, and on-site training is provided. Starting pay ranges from $20 to $24.70 per hour with benefits including health coverage, 401(k) with company match,

Qualifications

• Ability to follow all safety and compliance regulations.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of applicable position experience.
• Enjoy working in a team environment.
• Experience using hand tools.

Responsabilités

• Wash, clean, and wipe down vehicles to be painted.
• Remove and replace all components as required for painting and sanding.
• Mask, paper, or grease components when appropriate.
• Operate necessary equipment (dual action hand sander, electric lifts, etc.).
• Perform minor bodywork and maintain condition of vehicle or component through the entire paint process.
