Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in manufacturing and the ability to read drawings and use measuring tools. This role emphasizes attention to detail, tool proficiency, and accurate time tracking.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to quality and safety; industrial painting experience preferred.

What You'll Do:

• Grind, sand, and finish metal parts

• Apply primer and paint as needed

• Inspect finished products for quality

• Operate hand and power tools

• Maintain a safe and clean work area

• Complete production paperwork and time tracking

• Assist with material movement and shop support duties

What We're Looking For:
