Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions in Toledo, OH is seeking an Industrial Painter for the 2nd shift (5:00 PM–3:30 AM), with overtime Fridays as needed. Training on the 1st shift is available to help you ramp up quickly and safely.

You will prepare surfaces, apply protective coatings using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, ensure even coverage, perform touch-ups, and maintain a tidy, safe, indoor manufacturing area.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of industrial painting experience preferred.
• Proficient with painting tools including spray guns, brushes, and rollers.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming in preparation for painting
• Apply paint, lacquer, or other protective coatings to industrial products and equipment using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
• Ensure consistent and even coverage of paint or coatings
• Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to painted surfaces as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
• Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality targets
