Staffmark Group is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare, paint, and finish equipment in a Greeneville, TN manufacturing setting. Candidates should have hands-on experience with gravity-fed HVLP paint guns, pump-style spray systems, and paint mixing procedures.

Seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to prepare, paint, and finish equipment or components in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must have hands‑on experience with gravity‑fed HVLP paint guns, pump‑style spray systems, and paint mixing procedures.

Job Duties
  • Prepare surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and masking.
  • Apply primers, paint, and topcoats using HVLP and spray equipment.
  • Mix paints and chemicals according to specifications.
  • Read blueprints and follow painting requirements.
  • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards.
  • Maintain spray equipment and painting systems.
  • Follow safety procedures and production schedules.
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Experience Requirements
  • Experience operating and maintaining HVLP paint guns and pump‑style spray systems.
  • Knowledge of paint mixing and chemical applications.
  • Industrial, automotive, manufacturing, or equipment painting experience preferred.
Physical Capabilities
  • Stand, bend, kneel, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Climb ladders and work at varying heights.
  • Lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Work 8-10 hour shifts.
  • Ability to distinguish colors and maintain depth perception.
