Base pay range

$17.90/hr - $23.69/hr

Gemini is currently seeking an Industrial Painter to join our 1st shift team in Decorah, IA! Starting wage is $17.90 and Gemini now provides $0 Individual Medical Insurance Premiums. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and join a fun, dedicated team!

A day in the life of a Painter at Gemini includes:

• Preparing the product by taping certain areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
• Mixing appropriate quantities and qualities of paint for the order.
• Spraying products as required by customer order.
• Working in a metal foundry, requiring proper PPE and physical ability to load and unload materials.
• Reporting to Plant Manager.
