Gemini is currently seeking an Industrial Painter to join our 2nd shift team in Decorah, IA! Starting wage is $19.69, and Gemini now provides $0 Individual Medical Insurance Premiums. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill and join a fun, dedicated team!

A day in the life of a Painter at Gemini includes:

1. Preparing the product by taping certain areas to be painted and removing tape after paint is applied.
2. Mixing the appropriate quantity and quality of paint for the order.
3. Spraying products as required by customer order.
4. Working in a metal foundry environment, which requires proper PPE and the ability to physically load and unload materials.
5. Reporting to the Plant Manager.
