Automation Personnel Services is seeking a dedicated Industrial Painter for a company based in Cullman, AL. The role involves safely operating and maintaining painting equipment and overhead cranes aligned with the company's goals. We are looking for self-sufficient, resilient individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Schedule

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

• Dayshift: Mon-Fri, 7am-3:30pm
• Nightshift: Sun 11:00pm-7:00am / Mon-Thu 9:00pm-7:00am

Responsibilities

• Weigh or measure chemicals, coatings, or paints before use.
• Select and prepare coatings, paints, or sprays according to formulas.
• Set up and operate machines for painting or coating products.
• Regulate equipment parameters such as temperature, pressure, and spray flow.
• Operate and adjust coating or painting equipment.
• Attach hoses or nozzles, ensuring proper spray dispersion.
• Transfer finished products for drying or storage, using cranes.
• Direct spray guns onto products accurately.

Qualifications

• Motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• Capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds.
• Able to stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Flexible and receptive to feedback.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Pass a respiratory fit test annually.
