Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Industrial Painters in Chesapeake, VA to support maintenance and preservation efforts on heavy equipment. This role is hands‑on, focused on surface prep and coating application expertise on heavy industrial equipment. Responsibilities include removing old coatings, prepping surfaces, and applying new coatings in line with drawing requirements and standards via brush and roll techniques.

This role requires working from technical drawings, managing multiple priorities, and delivering quality work with minimal supervision.

Hours: Mon - Thurs. - 7:00am - 5:30pm (Occasional OT on Fridays and Saturdays)

Pay Range: $20/hr to $24/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
