Job summary

Zeeco is seeking an Industrial Painter to apply coatings to prepared surfaces in a bustling shop environment. You will follow shop and customer specifications and work with safety as a priority.

Strong communication with engineers, QC, paint reps, and vendors is important as you gather surface preparation specs, fill paint reports, and perform industrial painting tasks. The role includes overtime as needed and requires attention to safety around moving vehicles.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial painting (Inorganic Zinc) preferred.
• Ability to wear a Full-face Respirator for long periods.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility. Must be able to operate a Computer, telephone and other office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.
