Job summary

Zeeco is seeking an Industrial Painter to apply coatings to prepared surfaces in our shop environment. You will follow shop and customer specifications and contribute to project success with precise surface preparation and coating practices.

Responsibilities include collecting surface prep specs, coordinating with engineers, QC, paint vendors, and other staff, and documenting paint reports per procedures. Candidates should have experience in industrial painting and be able to work safely around

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial painting (Inorganic Zinc) preferred.
• Ability to wear a Full-face Respirator for long periods of time.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility. Must be able to operate a Computer, telephone and other office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.
