Job summary

Zeeco in Oklahoma is seeking a coatings technician to apply coatings to prepared surfaces according to shop and customer specifications. The role involves following detailed surface prep requirements and coordinating with engineers, QC representatives, paint vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with project specs.

The ideal candidate will have experience with industrial painting, especially inorganic zinc, and must be able to wear a full-face respirator.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial painting (Inorganic Zinc) preferred.
• Ability to wear a Full-face Respirator.

Job Summary

Physical Requirements

Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to communicate effectively. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to walk long distances in possible harsh weather conditions to office, taking caution from the hazards that come with a manufacturing facility. Must be able to operate a Computer, telephone and other office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.
