Job summary

Zeeco seeks a skilled maintenance technician to install, service and maintain production machines and facility equipment. You will read manuals, perform preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, safety awareness, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include a high school diploma and at least 3 years in manufacturing maintenance, with welding or HVAC experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with an apprenticeship or equivalent maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong electrical/industrial skills.
• Welder repair experience is a plus; HVAC experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office programs.

Functional Job Duties:

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain various types of production machines and facility equipment.
• Perform troubleshooting and repairs that require experience including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals to perform maintenance and service.
• Performs routine inspection on equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Duties will require frequent activity with 480/277/208 3 phase
• Coordinate and perform duties in a manner that controls downtime

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years of education and production maintenance experience.
• At least 3 years of prior manufacturing maintenance experience; strong electrical/industrial skills
• Welderrepair experience a plus
• HVAC experience a plus
• Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent troubleshooting skills
• Working knowledge of computer and MS Office programs.
