Job summary

Aerotek in Blaine, MN is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter for a permanent, onsite role. The position focuses on preparing, masking, and applying high-quality liquid coatings to precision parts within a clean, climate-controlled facility.

You will blend paints, operate spray equipment, read blueprints, and track job data while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. Cerakote experience is a plus and strong attention to detail is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial painting experience.
• Masking, surface preparation, paint mixing, and spray application.
• Knowledge of paint booths, blasting equipment, and finishing processes.
• Ability to measure and inspect coating thickness.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Cerakote experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, masking, blasting, and racking components.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for preparing, masking, and applying high-quality liquid coatings to precision parts while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Blaine, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
