Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Outside Sales & Business Development Representative in Sterling, VA (On-Site). You will dominate the local industrial market by prospecting, consulting on dock and door solutions, and building a robust book of business with an uncapped commission structure.

You will collaborate with service technicians, manage the full sales cycle, and market our brand while delivering high-value, engineered solutions to facility managers and general contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Proven territory management experience.
• CRM proficiency with lead pipelines and data.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Aggressive territory prospecting with daily cold calls and site visits.
• Solution-based consulting to diagnose equipment needs and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with service technicians to convert leads into contracts.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline with facility managers and general contractors.
• Create accurate proposals and ensure safety and specs are met.
• Market the brand using social networking, drop-ins, and presentations.
