Job summary

Accenture is seeking an OT Cybersecurity Consultant to lead security engagements across industrial environments such as energy, utilities, manufacturing, and life sciences. You will assess, design, and help implement OT security solutions directly with client engineers, operators, and security teams to minimize risk while preserving operations.

You will also contribute as a SME on active pursuits, participate in RFP responses, and help drive practical security outcomes while aligning with client

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of OT/ICS experience in critical infrastructure contexts.
• Minimum 3 years with ICs technologies including SCADA, DCS, EMS/ADMS, RTUs, PLCs, HMIs.
• Minimum 3 years cybersecurity experience including vulnerability management and incident response in OT contexts.
• Experience with common ICs/OT protocols (Modbus, DNP3, IEC 61850, PROFINET, OPC, EtherNet/IP).
• Experience producing and presenting security deliverables and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support OT cybersecurity engagements across industrial environments.
• Assess, design, and help implement security solutions across OT/ICS ecosystems.
• Collaborate with client IT/OT teams, system integrators, and OEM vendors.
• Contribute to RFP responses, solution reviews, and proposal content.
• Develop detailed security assessment reports, risk registers, and remediation roadmaps.
• Support OT security program development including governance and policies.
