Job summary

Zealot Labs, Inc. is deploying AI-driven systems to identify and exploit vulnerabilities in SCADA/ICS environments. The role focuses on gaining access at scale by reverse engineering PLC firmware and industrial protocols, bridging IT/OT boundaries with AI tooling.

The ideal candidate has strong C/C++ or Python skills and deep experience in Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, EtherNet/IP, and IEC 61850 protocols, with a track record in offensive security for critical infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience in SCADA/ICS vulnerability research and exploit development.
• Familiarity with industrial protocols: Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, EtherNet/IP, IEC 61850.
• Reverse engineering PLC firmware.
• Strong C/C++ or Python skills for tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-driven systems that discover vulnerabilities in SCADA/ICS environments and gain access at scale.
• Reverse engineer proprietary industrial protocols and control system firmware to feed the models that find the next entry point.
• Develop the AI tooling that bridges IT/OT boundaries at scale, across entire classes of industrial systems.
• Turn deep ICs knowledge into training data, heuristics, and system understanding for autonomous access discovery.
• Show strong experience with SCADA/ICS vulnerability research and exploit development focused on gaining access.
