Job summary

Unimacts Global is seeking a General Operator for our Las Vegas, NV facility. You will be hands-on across multiple production areas, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include logging data, performing welding tests, and adapting to cover all production tasks as needed. A high school diploma is required, with at least one year in manufacturing; physical stamina for 8-hour shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• Safety-first approach to maintain a clean, secure workspace in line with the 5S methodology.
• Ability to log coil data accurately within company systems.
• Swap out prints for each reel during production.
• Be prepared to cover all areas as needed.
• Conduct welding tests and remove burrs from HF welds for quality control.
• Monitor the entire workspace and stay attentive to details.
• Uphold workplace safety and hygiene rules and ensure compliance.
• Ability to read, interpret, and analyze technical reports, schematics, and diagrams.
• Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in less-structured environments.
• Maintain high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and managers.
• Able to work 8-hour shifts and overtime if required.
• Basic maintenance experience is a plus.
• Teamwork and problem-solving capabilities are essential.
