Qualifications

• Proven reliability and safety-conscious work ethic.
• Mechanical aptitude with hoses and industrial equipment.
• Team-oriented with ability to follow supervisor directions.
• Ownership and accountability on active job sites.
• Valid government-issued ID to access worksites.
• 2–3 years hands-on experience with tools or heavy equipment is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform extended physical labor.
• Willingness to travel to multiple states for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow MPW health and safety policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Report to branch or jobsite on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for daily assignments.
• Set up jobsite equipment including water blast hoses, vacuum hoses, barricades, and safety tags.
• Operate water blasting tools, including guns and lances, for industrial cleaning applications.
• Handle dry and wet vacuum hoses (6" and 8") for material removal and environmental cleaning.
• Use manual tools such as shovels and picks to assist with debris removal and job completion.
• Operate automated tooling and specialized cleaning equipment as required by the job.
• Assist in the safe operation of aerial platform lifts and other access equipment when needed.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings while working in active industrial environments.
• Clean and inspect tools and equipment before returning them to the branch location.
• Support team members in completing job tasks efficiently and safely.
• Adapt to varying jobsite conditions, customer requirements, and work scopes.
• Follow scheduling processes and remain flexible to meet operational needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
