Job summary

Arclin is seeking an experienced EHS Nurse (Occupational Health Nurse) to support the Spruance facility in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on promoting employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance for a 400-500 employee population, in a non-hospital setting.

The ideal candidate will have Occupational Health, Employee Health Services, and Industrial Nursing experience, with strong case management and return-to-work capabilities, in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or Compact State.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Experience in Occupational Health, Employee Health, Industrial Nursing, or related clinical area.
• Experience managing case loads and return-to-work processes.
• Experience with employee populations in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Knowledge of Workers' Compensation, OSHA, ADA, and FMLA.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite Occupational Health Services for a manufacturing workforce.
• Conduct medical surveillance, health assessments, and annual exams.
• Manage work-related injuries and illnesses including treatment and follow-up.
• Coordinate Return-to-Work Programs and workplace accommodations.
• Administer and manage drug and alcohol testing programs.
• Support Workers' Compensation processes and external providers.
• Assist in implementing health risk prevention initiatives.
