Job summary

HireTalent is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to support an onsite Occupational Health clinic for manufacturing and office employees. Under RN leadership, you will deliver nursing care, health assessments, and wellness initiatives.

You will handle injury management, first aid, return-to-work coordination, drug testing, and compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the state of employment (PA).
• BLS certification or equivalent CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• 2–3 years of industrial occupational health experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Familiarity with occupational health regulations and workplace practices.
• Proficient with EMR, Microsoft Office, and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for occupational illnesses and injuries under supervision.
• Respond to workplace medical emergencies with first aid and triage.
• Support injury prevention, treatment, and return‑to‑work programs.
• Administer non-prescription medications per protocols.
• Participate in Early Symptom Intervention and Management programs.
• Coordinate referrals and resources for employee health concerns.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nurse case managers.
