Job summary

Regenis LLC in Tonopah, AZ is seeking a motivated Operations and Maintenance Technician to support safety-first operations and maintenance across our anaerobic digester facility. You will work with internal teams and external contractors to keep equipment reliable and processes running smoothly.

The role emphasizes ownership, initiative, and ongoing learning in a hands-on environment, with training opportunities and a commitment to safety culture and professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work all days and shifts, with on-call status.
• Ability to use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) to record operating performance.
• Dairy farm background is a plus.
• Physically able to lift and maneuver motors, pumps, gear boxes and pipe up to 100 lbs.
• Electrical, mechanical and welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including daily logs and reports.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot operational issues by collecting data and analyzing results.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors and other equipment.
• Monitor instrument readings to ensure proper operation.
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems.
• Maintain site cleanliness and a professional appearance.
