Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an industrial/maintenance-related field preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Willingness to work all days and shifts, with on-call status.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite to record operating performance.
• Able to work in inclement weather and dirty conditions; dairy farm background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written means, including daily logs and reports.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot operational issues by collecting data and analyzing results.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment.
• Monitor and record instrument readings to ensure proper operation.
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems.
• Clean separator screens and maintain site cleanliness and professional appearance.
