Regenis LLC seeks a Safety‑minded Operations and Maintenance Technician for our Rexford, Kansas site. The role supports a strong safety culture while coordinating with internal teams and outside contractors to maintain equipment and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial or maintenance-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to work all days and shifts, with on-call status.
• Ability to use MS Office to record performance.
• Able to work in inclement weather and dirty conditions.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a strong culture of personal and process safety.
• Communicate effectively through daily logs and reports.
• Develop and implement equipment isolation plans (Lockout/Tagout).
• Troubleshoot issues by collecting data, analyzing results, and maintaining product quality and equipment reliability.
• Perform general maintenance on pumps, motors, blowers, compressors, and other equipment.
• Monitor instrument readings to ensure proper operation.
• Change oil and filters on mechanical systems.
• Clean separators and maintain site cleanliness.
