Job summary

Chaney Enterprises seeks a Network Engineer to architect, deploy, and sustain secure LAN/WAN/WLAN across offices and industrial plants. You will work on IT/OT segmentation and ensure continuous connectivity in remote environments, collaborating with applications, cybersecurity, and operations teams to align network services with ERP and automation platforms.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in network engineering, administration, and design in manufacturing or industrial environment.
Minimum of three years in transport, logistics, construction, or related field.
Proficiency with routing and switching, firewall administration, VPN, SD-WAN, and industrial protocols.
Experience with Cisco Meraki or UniFi and IT/OT segmentation per Purdue Model and IEC 62443.

Responsibilities

Architects, deploys, and maintains secure LAN, WAN, and WLAN infrastructures across corporate offices and industrial facilities.
Configures and optimizes switches, routers, firewalls, APs, and cellular failover for reliable connectivity.
Designs IT/OT segmented networks per Purdue Model and IEC 62443 standards.
Isolates automation platforms from corporate traffic to reduce cyber risk.
Manages VPNs for secure remote access for field engineers and staff.
Documents network designs, topologies, and change logs.
Monitors networks 24/7 to detect anomalies and security events.
