Job summary

Linde Inc. is seeking an Electrical Specialist in Deer Park, TX to identify, develop, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for electrical systems across multiple facilities.

The role includes maintaining MV distribution equipment, substations, and transformers up to 138 kV, with hands-on motor work up to 40,000 hp and up to 15 kV. You will need to plan and execute maintenance, travel domestically about 20%, and work off-hours as required.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology, or 5+ years in industrial MV electrical maintenance.
• Experience as a field service engineer, technician, electrician, or project manager supporting industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance methods for electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with teams.
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and CMMS tools such as Infor EAM.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and implement preventive/predictive programs for electrical systems across facilities.
• Maintain and troubleshoot MV distribution equipment including substations, breakers, switchgear, and transformers up to 138 kV.
• Handle and service motors up to 40,000 hp and 15 kV with safety and precision.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, and execute preventive maintenance work per standards.
• Travel domestically ~20% and be available during off-hours as needed.
