You will install rebar, formwork, and post-tension systems, perform concrete placement and finishing, and ensure quality alignment with project specs. Safety, teamwork, and reliability on site are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as carpenter, rodbuster, or concrete finisher in industrial settings.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork and physical stamina for construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Install rebar in footings, walls, grade beams, and anchors; place templates and embeds.
• Install reinforcing and post-tension for structural decks; tension and cap cables as required.
• Construct and install footing forms, wall/column forms, and deck forms.
• Perform concrete placement, finishing, curing, and joint treatments to spec.
• Operate and maintain concrete finishing tools and equipment safely.
