Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on experience as a multicraft in a heavy industrial civil construction environment.
• Knowledge in rod busting, pouring, leveling, forming, troweling, finishing, and related trade skills.
• Ability to use math and perform basic calculations.
• Effective communication with management and supervision.
• Reading and writing comprehension for directions and safety policy.

Responsabilités

• Pivot between different civil construction phases to ensure project continuity, safety and structural quality.
• Learn and apply safety hazards and safely operate work-related tools and equipment.
• Work in industrial facility or on construction jobsite settings.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and client procedures.
