Greif, a global leader in performance packaging, is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician for its Baltimore, OH union facility on 12-hour shifts. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical/electrical repairs on heavy manufacturing equipment and systems.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma and 4+ years of related maintenance experience in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
• 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience in a heavy manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine maintenance and repair work according to established procedures.
• Complete preventive maintenance inspections and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, electrical and mechanical drawings, diagrams, sketches, specifications, and work orders.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Remove and replace defective or worn components.
• Follow all plant safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in plant-wide safety, housekeeping, Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
