Job summary

Prysmian Group is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician in Claremont, NC. This role focuses on setup, troubleshooting, repair and testing of complex mechanical and electrical equipment, including automated machines and process controls, while supporting preventive maintenance and asset reliability.

The ideal candidate demonstrates electrical/mechanical aptitude, strong problem solving, and effective communication, with SAP experience preferred and safety as a top priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus technical training or related experience.
• Associate degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Technology preferred.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair and test mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and support reliability objectives.
• Work with control systems and electrical diagnostics equipment.
• Communicate findings and coordinate with maintenance leadership.
