Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial motor rewinding or related experience.
• Ability to read motor winding data, schematics, and blueprints.
• Experience with brazing, soldering, insulation application, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Skilled with motor-repair hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Must lift up to 50 lbs and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform tear-down, inspection, and documentation of rotating equipment.
• Remove damaged windings and manufacture, form, and install copper coils.
• Rewind AC/DC motors, generators, stators, armatures, and coils.
• Handle form-wound and random-wound coil processes.
• Complete electrical connections, insulate windings, and test quality.
