Job summary

Devine Management Consulting, LLC seeks an experienced Industrial Electric Motor Winder to join our team. The role requires a minimum of 3 years hands-on copper winding experience in a motor repair shop, with responsibilities including winding, testing, and final assembly of motors.

This on-site position offers a company-paid relocation to Texas, a relocation package of up to $3,000, plus $1,500 bonuses after 90 and 180 days, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years hands-on copper winding experience in an industrial motor repair shop.
• Ability to read winding diagrams and electrical blueprints.
• Proven experience with copper coil winding (random and/or form coil).

Responsibilities

• Rewind, repair, and rebuild AC/DC electric motors, stators, armatures, and field coils.
• Strip motors, record winding data, and manufacture/install new copper windings.
• Read winding diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Perform insulation, brazing/soldering, testing, and final assembly.
• Use electrical testing equipment to verify motor integrity.
