Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Toledo, OH is seeking a Mobile Equipment Operator. You will operate front end loaders, skid steers, and forklifts to move HBI product, load to rail/trucks, and support site operations with emphasis on safety and reliability.

You may perform equipment inspections, provide turnover information, and assist maintenance teams. A GED or high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 2+ years of related equipment-operator experience in industrial settings.
• Knowledge of skid steer, front end loader and forklift operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment across the site on rotating shifts.
• Load HBI product to rail and trucks; move material to locations on site.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; follow safety standards and turnover information.
• Coordinate with control room, maintenance, and contractors as needed.
